When I wakeup each morning I remind myself, even on a Sunday, fitness first. Everyone has their own reasons for working out, but for me, it keeps me sane, healthy and happy. For the past six months, I've dedicated myself to a new craft, boxing at CKO (see post here), but in order to get through any type of strenuous workout session, I need to be mentally into it 100%.
